Q: How are your servers so cheap?
A: We aim to make our servers as cheap as possible. We earn our money by selling more services, under our other companies. We also order larger servers, opposed to more, so the prices aren't as high.
Q: What do I do if I don't get my server?
A: If you didn't get your server within 24-48 hours, please create a ticket. We will then review your payment and email you with your server details. You will usually get your server in under 4-12 hours though, so you shouldn't need to worry about this. Do not chargeback with PayPal!
Q: How are your servers so fast?
A: We work with extremely fast cloud providers to make sure your servers are as fast as they can possibly be.
Q: What are your hardware specifications?
A: You can find our up-to-date server specifications here.
Q: Can I add a custom server jar?
A: You can upload a custom jar file in the file manager on the panel. You can then notify us via LiveChat to change it, and we will.
Q: Can I change the default player slots?
A: By default, your server will come with 20 player slots, as this is Minecraft's default. This is normal and can be changed in your server.properties file. We do not limit the amount you can change this to.
Q: Do I need to forward any ports?
A: Absolutely not! You do not need to forward any ports as we host the server for you.
Q: What control panel do you provide?
A: We use our own custom server control panel, which allows you to manage your server effortlessly!
Q: What is your server uptime?
A: We have over 99% uptime with our servers. Our web servers (where the panel and homepage are hosted) have 98% uptime. Please note that this uptime does not include maintenance time or when your own server crashes
Q: What is my server IP address?
A: Once your server has been setup, we will send you an email with your server login information. You can then login to your server control panel, which has your server IP address.
Q: How do I cancel my service?
A: If you paid with cryptocurrency, your server will expire after the term has expired. If you paid with PayPal or credit card, there are instructions on the panel.
Q: I would like to get a backup of my server.
A: If you would like to get a backup of your server, please contact our LiveChat, or create a ticket in our Discord server. We will then send you a file link with WeTransfer within 2-3 hours. The server will be uploaded with a readme.txt file with instructions. You will then be able to download your server files, and if requested, they will be removed from our servers.
Q: Are servers 24/7?
A: Yes! Our fast, cloud-hosted servers are hosted 24/7. They almost never go down.
Q: What happens if I don't pay on time?
A: Depending on the circumstances, we may either suspend or terminate your server if you don't pay. If your server is suspended, you will be able to pay and turn your server on. If your server is terminated, all your files will be sent to you and deleted. If your server is suspended, we may terminate your server without notice, under some circumstances.
Q: Can I become a partner?
A: We have multiple types of partners. First, is a freebie partner. You can become a freebie partner and add your Minecraft-related freebies to our site. These freebies must be well-known and high quality. We may be able to negotiate deals with you to add these freebies. We also have regular partners. These are like content creators. You can become one by contacting LiveChat support. We have a list of these partners here.
Q: Do you provide DDOS Protection?
A: Yes! We protect all servers with DDOS protection, at no cost at all.
