Change your Server Location

You may want to change the location of your server. We frequently add new server locations to our hosting, maybe a new location's closer to your players, or maybe you've moved, and you want it to be closer to you. Either way, we don't blame you for wanting to change the location.
How do I change it?
We currently do not have an automatic server location changing tool for technical reasons. This doesn't stop you from being able to change your server location easily though.
You can change it by contacting our LiveChat support, and telling us your server username (not password) and that you would like to change the location. We will then transfer your server to the new location within 24-48 hours.
Are there any catches?
Other than not being able to change to more expensive locations, there are no catches. All transfers are free, and you can transfer as many times as you want, just please give us time to transfer it before creating another request.
